How to access the power of your subconscious mind

The subconscious mind is often referred to as the “hidden” or “secret” mind because it houses all of our deepest desires, fears, and memories. It is the part of our mind that we are not consciously aware of, but that still has a major impact on our behavior.

While the conscious mind is responsible for our logic and reasoning, the subconscious mind is responsible for our emotions and instincts. It’s a part of your brain that controls things like your autonomic nervous system and habits.

The subconscious mind is responsible for a lot more than you might think. The subconscious mind is a powerful tool that can help us achieve our goals and improve our lives. By understanding how it works and using some of the tips below, we can unleash its full potential if we are ready.

So how can we access and harness the power of our subconscious mind?

Here are a few tips:

1. Understand what your subconscious mind is and how it works.
2. Be aware of your thoughts and feelings.
3. Use affirmations and positive self-talk. This will gradually be picked up by your subconscious.
4. Visualize what you want to achieve.
5. Practice meditation and mindfulness.
6. Seek professional help if needed.

By understanding the subconscious mind and using some of the tips above, we can unleash its full potential.

How to access the power of your subconscious mind

There are a few key things that you need to do in order to access the power of your subconscious mind. If you can do these things, then you will be well on your way to tapping into the power of your subconscious mind. Just remember that it takes time and practice to master this technique. But once you do, the sky’s the limit!

Meditation

Meditation is a great way to start accessing the power of your subconscious mind.

  • Start by finding a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
  • Focus on your breath and let go of any other thoughts that enter your mind.
  • Keep your mind focused on one thing. This is your object of Meditation. This can be the breath but you can also take an object you like. A mandala, a stone, a flame of a candle, etc.

Meditation will bring you focus, clarity, and a relaxed mind. You will need this to work with your subconscious.

Visualization

Visualization is another great way to access the power of your subconscious mind. Like meditation, it allows you to focus. This time on your goals and see yourself achieving them. It also helps to increase your motivation and confidence, as you can see yourself achieving what you want.

  • To visualize effectively, start by finding a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
  • Then, start visualizing your goals. See yourself achieving them and feel the emotions that come with them.
  • Do this for as long as you can or want and then slowly open your eyes.

Visualizations will get you the bridge to the subconscious that you need. The focus and maintaining the focus will help you realize your goals. If your mind gets distracted the signal to the subconscious will not be that strong.

How to train your mind in the proper way?

Western forms of meditation usually will relax your mind but not get you to the subconscious. Also, western meditation will only take you so far with concentration and focus.

Visualizations are powerful but also have their limits. Especially when you have stuff in your subconscious from the past that you still need to heal. You can read my other blogs about the subconscious.

If you want to learn to train your mind properly to focus until you reach a state of calm abiding I would recommend Tibetan Shine practices. Shiné is the most profound Tibetan Buddhist meditation technique and a technique of mindfulness. Practicing this meditation on a regular basis can help you develop the calmest and most stable mind.

When the mind is truly calm and at peace, it is capable of incredible things. It can concentrate on the task at hand without distraction from all the thoughts and emotions whilst still maintaining a clear, open-minded state of awareness.

If you want to learn and train your mind in the proper way, it’s wise to follow a course with someone who knows what they are doing.

Conclusion

By understanding the power of the subconscious mind, we can learn how to access and harness its potential. By being aware of our thoughts and feelings, using affirmations and positive self-talk, and visualizing what we want to achieve, we can begin to tap into the power of our subconscious mind.

However, if we still need to heal the past or we lack focus and concentration skills we need to work on that first.

As an experienced Shiné-practitioner and teacher, certified as a Shine teacher by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche the eighth incarnation of Tulku Nyentse, I can recommend Shine practice.

As one of the only four Awakened Mind Coach & Practitioner Trainers in the world, I know how to train the mind to get to higher states of consciousness and how to access and heal the subconscious.

And as the founder of the ITP™ Subconscious healing method, I know that sometimes you need to heal stuff first before you can harness the power of the subconscious for your benefit. Otherwise, you can visualize for years and years and still not achieve the results you want.

Next year my new online group courses will start with Awakened Mind training and Shine training. Watch this space if you want your life to change!
