Most people don’t feel that they have gone through a trauma
But here is the thing, most people struggle with unwanted behaviour, feelings of inferiority, or know that something is holding them back from moving forward with their personal development or life. And they are not aware of any trauma. Yes, they might acknowledge that they did not have a really happy childhood, that they were loved but that their parents were fighting most of the time, or that they were bullied at school…but hey who hasn’t gone through any of that? Right? They never connect the dots. On a conscious level, they believe it’s no longer troubling them because they never think about it again. It’s no longer traumatic in the here and now.
When we want to progress in our lives, when we want to develop ourselves spiritually, or when we want to learn to move from a Normal Waking state to another state of consciousness for instance the Meditative state, we need to address what is in the subconscious. Address what is there ready to be healed. My clients always gain insights into their behaviour, and their life choices. But more importantly, they can change what no longer serves them. Because once you are there, in the subconscious, you can get to the root cause of unwanted behaviour and thought patterns and heal it with ITP™
Does that mean that Self-Care doesn’t help?
Of course, it helps. Self-care is important, but it’s not a cure-all. It’s not going to magically make all your problems go away. But it can help you to cope with difficult situations, to manage stress, and to feel better in general.
I always recommend self-care after a Subconscious Healing session. It speeds up the healing process. But only self-care is simply not enough. Not for recent trauma victims who still suffer from their trauma in the here and now. They need to find a Therapist. And not for anyone with subconscious trauma that still has an effect in the here and now.
