How to get into a meditative state?!
Did you know that 87% of the people who meditate never get into the deep meditative state?
Learn to get into the meditative state in a very logical and practical way online.
Have you ever wondered ...
Most people have learned a specific meditation practice and have never asked themselves whether they actually reached a meditative state. Did you know that the Meditative state is a very specific state of consciousness? It's what we call a deep state and it shows up as a very specific brainwave pattern. But the meditative state is merely one of the deep states. There are several.
Most people have no idea about this let alone that they are told how to get into that state. And what the different steps of development are to get into that state.... And no, your current meditative practice is most likely not enough.
Meditation is seen as a form of self-help in which the practitioner asks themselves to focus on an object. It is popular with those who practice it as a way to improve their health and well being. In fact, meditation has been shown to reduce stress and may even help you live longer. But is that the only or ultimate goal of meditation?
I gave up on meditation years ago...
Years ago I really wanted to learn how to meditate. But most of the groups and classes I went to had to sit cross-legged on the floor or on a special meditation cushion. I have never been able to hold the positions for longer than 15 minutes. Either my legs started to hurt or my feet got cramps. And I used to dance at an international level !! To me it was more like physical castigation. I didn't feel like I was training my state of consciousness. And of course I wasn't. Then I took a course in mindfulness. It did learn me to focus my attention in a very specific way during the day. It reduced thoughts and my awareness was more in the present moment. But still, this didn't feel like (was not in my experience) the meditative state I read so much about. I also took yoga classes. It made me more aware of my body and more flexible. But other than that....
So what changed? Or rather what makes me now qualified to talk about the Meditative state?
Very simple, as an Awakened Mind Trainer I am trained to teach people to go to other states of consciousness. The Meditative state is one of them. And the goal of meditation is to get into the meditative state but the ultimate goal surely is to reach higher states of consciousness. But you can get there without the traditional meditation practice and sitting cross legged. I know and I am living prove.
Imagine if you could…
Get all the benefits of a meditative practice.

The Meditative state;
with the Awakened Mind Method
Our goal is to help you achieve the meditative state through the guidance of our specially trained trainers.
What is the Awakened Mind Method?
Awakened Mind Training is a form of guidance (a method) that aims to develop your state of consciousness. Most people start in a "normal waking state" and then progress to a state called "Awakened Mind".
The Awakened Mind Method is a form of Brainwave training and uses techniques that you can train at home without EEG. Brainwave training is based on the self-learning ability and flexibility of the brain.
Awakened Mind (Consciousness) training is a combination of Spirituality, Science and Bio-feedback.
We have helped many people ease into a meditative state and improve their quality of life as well as change their state of consciousness with our online meditation programs.
My promise to you:
learn the specifics of the meditative state.
discover the difference between the meditative state and the normal waking state.

This online meditation training is different:
This training is based on the Awakened Mind method. The research of professor Cade (founder) of the different states of consciousness is at the basis of this method.
There are 8 recorded lessons and 8 live training sessions. That means you can ask questions and get direct feedback.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
The training is suitable for newcomers and inexperienced participants. You will receive tips and training on an individual level. Every exercise can be adapted to your level of development. So even if you have meditated and you are just curious, you can still register.
You don’t have to learn whole theories nor techniques or to sit in any uncomfortable position. The structure and the exercises are designed according to the Awakened Mind method and this can be applied very individually. The online training is simply a very practical training and completely focused on your development.
The training is, and will remain, an online training. All exercises are designed according to the Awakened Mind method and designed for the use in an online environment. This is by no means a ‘not so bad alternative’ for group Meditation training on location. This is a totally different way of training.

"This awesome course and teacher gave me THREE things that I have never obtained in any of the other numerous teachings of meditation that I have taken in the past:
(1) Learning and understanding the physical and mental steps to enter the Meditative State
(2) Learning how the brainwave patterns change during those steps
(3) Experiencing the physical and mental components of various brainwave patterns, without even being connected to an EEG." - Karen Harris (USA)
"The Meditative State course was excellent in every way. The theory was well explained, and it was coupled with practical exercises. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you."- Maja
